Five Golden Rings
Dec. 29th, 2003 07:04 pm< Deepest sigh > ( for *this* month ). Finally back at the main homefront after a few days on the road. Our cats, P & Q (short for Priscilla and Cumulus) were estatic to put it lightly to have someone back in the house. We have a cat sitter to come by once a day, but I guess it's just not the same as having someone *home*.
'Got out to a local Home Depot for a few more home networking supplies after spending 3 hours crawling under the house to finish a new run of some Cat5 wire. It would have gone about 3000 times easier with a second person helping, but I managed to get the wires run...not without a bit of frustration during one or two instances...sigh...
I decided on having something to eat before grocery shopping so I slipped by my regular haunt, a Japanese restaurant a few miles from the house. Now it's time to try to relax for the evening. Wish me luck!
