STP update - Living in Flatlandia

'Cycling in the Shenandoah is sure a heck of a lot different than cycling back home. 500 foot climbs might not be too bad over the course of a mile or 2 or 3...or 4...but those kind of altitude changes just don't happen back *this* way at *any* distance. Komatta!!

Back in FlatLand, today's ride was roughly 70 miles in almost 5 hours...'still way behind on total milage.

Time to check the actual route back on the Left Coast.
