ok...sorry to take so long to type this...one finger hunt-n-poke isn't as fast as my usual touch typing... ~_~

so...place < frozen > salmon patties in bowl, touch of water, saran (tm) wrap, 4 minutes in microwave...check progress by lifting edge with thumb...< ouch >
